How to generate buy leads in cooking oils ?

if you want to get more leads in vegetables oil like sunflower oil and soybean oil or corn oil ,follow this steps 

1.  define witch country buy huge quantity of cocking oils 
2. get the company witch who buy cocking oils 
3. contacts this company 
4. close the deals 

now for previous points ,how i get all in my desk top screen in little work .

 first how to define the buyers  countries ,never mind ,here we go

second step :

get the companies  list 

the companies list contain about 1500 company working in oil seed trading .

companies list price : $100 (Paypal or wire transfer )

 NOW close the deals with all
