- buyers send the letter of intent (LOI )
- seller send IcPO
- SELLER SEND THE P/V AND DRAFT OF THE CONTRACT .
- buyer open the standby letter of credit (SBLC).
- seller accept the L/C NOTIFICATIONS
- seller start the deal and send the official documents to the beneficiary bank (seller bank).
- issues bank (buyer bank) receive the documents and review it , then release the money to our account .
the documents are:
1-bill of loading
2- certificate of origin .
3- SGS certificate
4- backing list
5- commercial invoice .
